As a licensed psychologist with a work/career specialization, I have extensive experience in executive coaching, counseling and assessment.  I work with people to formulate and implement career choices and manage career transitions.  I have both a private practice and a consulting practice.

I can assist you in developing a career focus and in creating an action plan to set and reach goals and can help you remove barriers that can interfere with success.  I am a creative, highly-effective, results-oriented coach skilled at developing strategies and plans to build upon strengths and to help you selectively focus on the critical challenges to be addressed in order to enhance performance and career growth.

I have consulted in many settings including financial services firms, hospitals, universities and both Fortune 500 companies and small businesses.  I consult regularly at JPMorgan Chase and at Renssalaer at Hartford (an affiliate of the Center for Creative Leadership) as well as at other Leadership organizations.

I have worked extensively with women handling work/life balance priorities, have led a program at Sarah Lawrence College focused on women returning to work and have appeared on CNN discussing Women in Transition.  I have given many invited presentations on career management for organizations including the New York State Bar Association and the Financial Women's Association.

Combining my skills as a psychologist as well as my experience with corporate clients, I will focus on developing a customized approach to enhance your effectiveness both within an organization or while engaged in a career transition and job search.  Individualized assessments, in addition to in-depth interviews, provide interest and personality information which will help you go from where you are to where you want to be.
